1. General Rules

• Deposits are usually credited instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4. Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12 to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed without completing KYC verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus-related funds.
